Rules for using the «Gorynych» restaurant gift certificates (Tashkent)

1. General Terms
The gift certificate is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase.
The certificate is valid only for use at Gorynych Restaurant in Tashkent.
The certificate is personalized.

2. Purchase Process
Payment for the certificate is made online via the official restaurant website: http://toshkent.gorynich.com/
To order, fill out the special form on the website and pay for the certificate.
Available denominations: 1,000,000 UZS, 3,000,000 UZS, 5,000,000 UZS.
After successful payment:
The certificate will be sent electronically to the recipient's email.

3. Using the Certificate at the Restaurant
When booking, it is recommended to inform the restaurant about your gift certificate.
To pay the bill, present the certificate to the waiter for QR code scanning (from your smartphone screen or printed version).
The certificate can be used to pay for all items on the main and bar menus.

4. Important Restrictions and Conditions
The certificate is single-use only.
Bill payment:
If the bill amount is less than the certificate value, the difference is not refundable or transferable to another visit.
If the bill amount is greater than the certificate value, the guest pays the difference by card or cash.
The certificate cannot be used to pay for: staff wages (tips), property damage, or broken tableware.
In case of loss or theft of the certificate, a proof of purchase is required for reissue.
