On August 19, Apple Savior is traditionally celebrated - the time of the new apple harvest.

In “Gorynych” they translated this tradition into their own way and put together a special menu where the apple appears in various dishes and drinks - from smoked beef ribs and pizza to desserts and cocktails.

On the menu:

• charlotte with ice cream – 72.000

The first figs have been cut! While the main berry of August is in season, we are preparing everything we love: Camembert, pizza, duck confit and pie - all around ripe figs

“Gorynych” now has pizza with rejuvenating apples and vanilla ice cream (125,000 sum) - a dessert variation on the theme of apple pie in the Italian style.
Thin dough, mascarpone and cream cream, honey apples, cane sugar and cinnamon. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven, and when served, each guest at the table is offered a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

The menu includes three items with the juiciest berries of the season: 

- watermelon with feta, blueberries and kimchi sauce; 
- lemonade “Marafet” - watermelon, strawberries and soda; 
- fresh watermelon.
